What We Collect
Account registration: when you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and display name. We do not store your Google password or any other Google account credentials.
Newsletter subscriptions: when you subscribe from the homepage, Shop or Club pages, we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from.
Travel enquiries: when you submit an enquiry form on a journey page, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), nationality, tentative travel dates, number of travelers, trip duration, travel style, budget, interests and message.
Orders: we collect the items you order, travel dates and traveler counts, plus recipient contact details for fulfilment. We do NOT collect payment card numbers or other payment information — there is no online payment on this site. Payment is completed through a secure payment link sent to you by email.
Notification preferences: your choices for marketing emails, WhatsApp notifications and newsletters.
Automatically collected data: we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to collect anonymous usage statistics such as device type, browser and pages visited. This data does not identify you personally.
Local browser storage: to keep you signed in and remember your cart, orders and settings, we store limited data in your browser's local storage (see Cookies & Local Storage below).
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to process orders and enquiries, confirm bookings by email, send you payment links and order updates, deliver newsletters you subscribed to, and personalize your Club and Panda Passport experience.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Marketing communications are only sent with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, on servers located in Singapore.
Some data (cart items, order history, login state and settings) is also stored in your own browser's local storage on your device — you can clear this at any time.
Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as needed for order fulfilment, accounting and audit purposes. When you delete your account, your personal records are soft-deleted (marked as deleted) and your account becomes inactive.
Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only when necessary:
- Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure (data stored in Singapore).
- Google: used for secure sign-in via Google OAuth (we only receive your email and display name).
- Umami: anonymous, privacy-friendly usage analytics.
- Payment: we do not handle payment data. When you complete an order, we send you a secure payment link by email; payment is processed externally, and we never see your card details.
- Operations: limited order/enquiry notifications may be routed through our operations tools (e.g. Feishu) to fulfil your request.
Any partners involved in fulfilling your trip or delivery receive only the information needed for that purpose and are required to handle it securely.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In your account settings you can delete your account (soft-delete) at any time.
You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences or unsubscribing.

Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Umami analytics may use a small cookie or local storage to distinguish visits anonymously; it does not track you across other websites.
Our site uses your browser's local storage to remember your login state, cart items, orders and preferences (keys prefixed pawprint_). You can clear this data from your browser settings at any time; this will sign you out and empty your cart.
